Mark Kumar – Wedding And Portrait Photographer

On the day of the shoot, I thought it was going to rain because the sky was full with clouds and there were few rain drops here and there. I was totally nervous!!! I kept saying please god hold the rain for just an hour or so. I even put that on my facebook fan page (http://www.facebook.com/MarkKumarPhotographer). Hoping that someone might pray for me and god will listen to their prayer.

When I finally got to the location and met with Tamera and Justin, I found out that there was a festival going on where we were going to shoot. There were people everywhere…. Different vendors had setup there tables to showcase their products. If that wasn’t enough, on the spot that we decided to shoot, there was music concert going on.

I was like GREAT!!! Worrying about the rain wasn’t enough and now I have all these people who will be in my photographs. What you do when life gives you lemons? You make lemonade!!!

In my case, I had to find another spot where we can take awesome shoots. So, Tamera, Justin and I agreed to walk to check out another spot; which was kind of bummer because we have few ideas that would have made great shots.

But couldn’t tell all those people to go home because I have to do a shoot here and I don’t want you to be in my photographs. Yeah…like what would have worked, right???

So, we walked for little bit and found another spot which wasn’t too far from the original one. I thought it was even better than the original one because it was excluded from the rest of the location. That gave us the privacy we needed to take AWESOME photographs!!!!

No sooner did I start photographing, the sun came out!!! I was like THANK YOU GOD and whoever prayed for ME!!! Check out these AWESOME shots with natural light:

I really enjoyed photographing “Brittany And Jacob Engagement Shoot”. It was perfect sunny day where there were plenty of golden light (sun light – my favorite kind of light) and the photographs turned out AWESOME!!! Here are few of my favorites:

I have never seen two people more in love than “Justine & Andrew”. It’s like when they are together they are in their own little world!!! You know exactly what I am talking about, right? So, photographing them was really easy!!! I didn’t have to do much but let them be themselves and I capture their true love for each other. Have a look:
